Omphalopagus Conjoined Twins: A Case Report

چکیده
We present a case of conjoined omphalopagus twins in 35-year-old woman who came for antenatal booking at 9 weeks gestation to health centre Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The diagnosis was confirmed via ultrasonography by an obstetrician tertiary Hospital 12 gestation. pregnancy allowed progress as it carried the best chance survival. However, parents were dilemma with decision. Primary care practitioners play important role prepare patients mentally and physically face outcome pregnancy.
